Lower back pain

                   Now a days lower back pain is a big issue for youngsters specially who participate in Sports. I personally have experienced lower back pain as i am a Fast Bowler.
           You can get rid of this very easily but if you know exactly what to do. You have to do a simple exercise for about 1 to 2 weeks.
           one more thing that you have to quit your game for 1 week while doing that exercise. below you can see how to do that exercise.

Do this exercise daily for one week and you well feel to much relaxed.
